Pool cleaning you do not have to chase
Most people don’t call us because they want a cleaner pool. They call because they’re tired of thinking about it. The chemistry drifts, the water goes cloudy the week you have people over, and the last service kept skipping visits without telling anyone. Weekly service fixes that by making pool care boring again, in the best way. If that sounds like what you’re after, request a free quote, and we’ll take a look at your pool.
Here’s how it works. You get a set service day, a text before we head over, and a short photo report when we’re done with your readings and anything we noticed. Nothing about your pool should be a surprise, including whether we showed up.
We’re based in Leander and fully insured, and we service pools across the northwest Austin corridor. Weekly cleaning is the backbone of everything else we do, and it’s the service most of our clients are on.
What we do on every weekly visit
Every visit follows the same checklist, so nothing gets skipped on a busy week. It takes as long as it takes.
Skim the surface. Leaves, bugs, pollen, and whatever the wind brought in since the last visit.
Brush the walls, steps, and waterline. This is the step most services rush. Algae starts on surfaces before it ever shows up in the water, and brushing is what stops it early.
Vacuum as needed. Debris that settled on the floor, and anything the cleaner missed.
Empty the skimmer and pump baskets. Full baskets choke circulation, and poor circulation is behind most water problems we see.
Test and balance the water. pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and stabilizer. We correct what’s off rather than dosing everything by default.
Check the equipment. A quick look at the pump, filter, and salt cell, so small problems get caught while they’re still small.
Send the photo report. Your readings, what we did, and anything worth knowing about.
If the water needs more than a weekly visit can fix, we’ll say so. A pool that’s gone fully green needs green pool recovery first, not a regular cleaning, and we’d rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
Why weekly, and not every other week
People ask this a lot, and it’s a fair question. In Central Texas, weekly is the honest answer for most pools, for a few reasons.
Our swim season runs long and hot. Warm water grows algae fast, and a pool left alone for two weeks in July can go from clear to cloudy in the gap. Chlorine burns off quickly in that heat too, so the chemistry doesn’t hold as long as it would somewhere milder.
The water here is hard. Central Texas sits on limestone, so calcium shows up as scale on tile and waterlines, and it clogs filters faster than the manuals suggest. Staying ahead of it is easier than chasing it.
And spring is rough on pools. Cedar and oak pollen coats everything for weeks. A pool that looked fine in February can turn on you quickly, and biweekly service leaves too much room for that.
Some pools genuinely do fine on a lighter schedule, and we’ll tell you if yours is one of them. We’d rather set the right schedule than sell you a heavier one.
What weekly service protects you from
Regular cleaning isn’t only about clear water. It’s the cheapest way to avoid the expensive stuff. Most of the repairs we get called for started as something small that nobody caught, like a filter running long past its life, a pump straining against clogged baskets, or a salt cell scaled up until it stopped producing.
Because we’re looking at the equipment every week, we catch those early. If something needs attention, our pool repair service handles it, and you’ll hear the reasoning before any work starts. If it can wait a season, we’ll tell you that too.

Where we clean pools
We’re based in Leander and stay close to home on purpose, which keeps our routes tight and our arrival times honest. Weekly cleaning is available across the corridor, including Leander and Cedar Park.
It’s the same crew and the same standard out through Liberty Hill and Georgetown, into Round Rock and the Lake Travis communities.

Weekly pool cleaning FAQs
What is included in weekly pool cleaning?
Every weekly visit includes skimming, brushing the walls and waterline, vacuuming as needed, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, and testing and balancing the water. We also check the pump, filter, and salt cell for early signs of trouble, then send a photo report with your readings when we’re done.
How much does weekly pool cleaning cost?
Weekly cleaning is a flat per-visit rate we set once we’ve actually seen the pool. What moves it is the surface area we’re cleaning, the debris the yard drops in, and whether it’s a salt or chlorine system to balance. There’s no separate call-out charge stacked on top, just one predictable weekly figure, and it almost always runs cheaper than the neglect repairs it prevents.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
No. As long as we can reach the pool, whether that’s an unlocked gate, a keypad code, or a spare key on file, you don’t need to be home. We text before we head over and send a photo report with your water readings when we’re finished, so you’ll know exactly what was done and what shape the pool is in without ever having to be there for it.
Do you service saltwater pools weekly too?
We do, and the routine is much the same, with the salt cell checked as part of the visit. Our hard water scales up cells faster than most owners expect, so a cell that isn’t producing properly gets caught during regular service rather than in August when you notice the water slipping.
What if my pool needs more than a cleaning?
We’ll tell you honestly, right on the first visit. A fully green pool needs a proper recovery before weekly service makes any sense, and failing equipment needs a real repair rather than another week of chemicals thrown at a problem they can’t fix. We’d rather set expectations straight up front than take your money and let the water stay bad, which helps nobody in the long run.
Can you take over from my current pool service?
Easily, and we do it all the time. We pick up your existing schedule so the pool never falls behind during the switch, assess the water and the equipment on our first visit, and tell you honestly what shape everything is in. There’s no awkward overlap between companies and no gap to manage. The only thing you need to do is let us know when you’d like us to start.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We still come. Rain actually throws pool chemistry off, diluting the chlorine, shifting the pH, and washing in debris and phosphates that feed algae, so the day after a storm is honestly the worst time to skip a visit. If the weather is genuinely unsafe to work in, we’ll reschedule and tell you rather than quietly missing the week and leaving your pool to slide.
